Our Category Managers are accountable for product range, price architecture, sourcing, inventory, servicing and in-store communication of product features and benefits. Their product category expertise is proving invaluable in driving quality, innovation and design excellence in the products we buy.

In reaching buying decisions, we know that there are numerous sources of product supply. Thus we do not believe that the success of BrightHouse is dependent on any one or more of our existing suppliers. Trading terms are regularly monitored against alternatives, to secure quality, price and service standards.

We value our strategic partnerships with our key suppliers, and welcome their wide-ranging contribution to our business. In addition to exciting product, our suppliers provide valuable support in areas such as colleague training and in-store communications.
