Leo McKee
Chief Executive Officer

Leo’s corporate career includes executive roles with Levi Strauss, Thorn EMI and the Kingfisher Group, where latterly he was managing director of the 800 store Woolworths chain.

Subsequently, he has held executive and non-executive roles, often in a business turnaround capacity, with SMEs and larger organisations. Leo joined BrightHouse in September 2005.

Giles David
Chief Financial Officer

Giles’s career embraces finance and commercial management roles with Cellnet, Esso and Energis. He was a Divisional Finance Director of Marks & Spencer and latterly Head of Finance for the UK division of 02. Giles joined BrightHouse in March 2006.

Hamish Paton
Commercial Director

Hamish's early career was with OC&C Strategy Consultants and then with Cable & Wireless. He joined BrightHouse as Head of Planning & Analysis in July 2006, was promoted to Business Development Director in August 2007, and took up his current role in August 2008.

Dave Poole
Credit & Risk Director

Dave has been responsible for the risk management of a diversity of credit portfolios for retailers such as IKEA, Habitat, Allders, New Look, Warehouse, Oasis and Karen Millen. He was Risk Director for IKANO Financial Services before joining Shop Direct Group in 2006 where he was COO for the Financial Services division. Dave joined BrightHouse in January 2012.
